Getting to Levi

An airport shuttle bus runs from the Kittilä airport to Levi after all Finnair and Blue1 flights throughout the year. The bus departs once the luggage has been cleared. The bus also runs from Levi to the airport before the flights. Schedule inquiries: Levi tourist information (016 639 3399) or www.tunturilinjat.fi

Finnair and Blue1 also fly to Rovaniemi. There is no direct bus connection between the Rovaniemi airport and Levi. An airport bus to downtown Rovaniemi departs after luggage pick-up. From Rovaniemi there are busses to Levi (make sure to check the connections). Train to Kolari or Rovaniemi and bus to Levi

Trains will get you to Kolari or Rovaniemi. Kolari and Rovaniemi to Levi are about 80km and 170km from Levi, respectively. A bus to Levi departs from Kolari after the train has arrived. From Rovaniemi, there are also busses to Levi (make sure to check the connections).

Don’t forget that you can take your car on the train, too, and drive the final stretch from Kolari or Rovaniemi to Levi.

Accommodation

Levi can accommodate up to 22,000 people. Many have found their place, where they return time after time. It may be a luxury hotel suite, an apartment in a mountain village or a lovely log cabin. A regular hotel room is an excellent choice, too.

Decide whether you’d prefer the services of a hotel, the possibility to walk to the piste or a peaceful private sauna. Do you wish to sleep in a hotel room, a luxury apartment or an atmospheric cabin? Once you have selected your accommodation type, booking is easy.
